Khlao is a poor planter, with lots of debts. He is in love with Thong Kwao, a youthful woman from a fat family. Their love is sincere and they want to marry; still, her parents disapprove because Khlao is poor. Her parents shoot her off to Bangkok, where numerous men are pursuing her. Klao also has several women in love with him. These forces, along with misconstructions, put pressure on their innocent love and are pulling them piecemeal.
